St. Patrick's Day Decorations

How Much Can You Do with a 4 Leaf Clover Punch

I decorate to fit the seasons. St. Patrick’s Day is coming up so I decided to find some ways to celebrate it with decor. I already had the punch and leftover origami paper so I got to work punching out four leaf clover shapes. I then decided to see how many uses I could find for these punched out four leaf clovers.

I wanted paper that had a lot of green and a design that was not too complicated.

I chose two papers that had green designs and started punching.

I used a “gold medal” for one (tutorial here) and then made a second by using a large circle punch on some thick cardstock. I used a gluestick to attach the clover punchouts, but choose the adhesive of your choice.

I wrapped the top lid of a jewelry box with gold foil paper. I then used a glue stick to add randomly placed clover punch-outs.

I used adhesive dots to attach the clover patterns onto the bottle.

I used a strip of clover stickers at the bottom of the card. I decided I wanted a “random” look for the rest of the card.
