3D Magic with Designs
I started with a photo with a complicated design. I decided to add the 3D to the two of the stars. Mod Podge Dimensional Magic can be heavy and bend the photo so I suggest holding down the corners with weights. I used two, but only showed one in the picture because the weight on the left was causing weird shadows.
Wet Mod Podge Dimensional Magic is a milky white, but it dries clear. There was also gold and silver Dimensional Magic Mod Podge, but they seems to have been discontinued and are unlikely to look good with most pictures. Since Dimensional Magic Mod Podge seems to never be on sale I usually use a Joann’s coupon. It can also be bought through Amazon although the price may be better locally.
The 3D effect is more obvious in person than in a photograph, but these two pictures should give you an idea of the 3D effect. As you can see it dries clear.
Adding 3D to a Landscape Photo
For this photo I decided to add the 3D to the fountain. Below you can see the Mod Podge right after I put it on.
Add a 3D Effect to Washi Tape
I added some Dimensional Magic to the dots on this cord wrap. I decided to just do six dots for this picture. The tape was Target brand, but I have not seen it lately so it may have been discontinued. The red number tape was a gift.
